Software Developer - Java, Fixed Income, ION Marketview - Contract - £800pd inside IR35 (umbrella)
A top investment banking client of mine is looking to expand their Fixed Income trading team with a plan to reengineer their credit trading platform.
The platform includes various in-house Java components for Algorithmic Trading and STP trading booking. This helps automate trading flows to free up traders to perform more value add for clients.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global eTrading development team
ION is a key component of the platform so prior experience in this would be highly beneficial.
Skills required:
- Strong Java experience
- Experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot
- Fixed Income experience
- Experience in using the ION JAVA Api
- Development of microservices using various transports (REST/Solace/Kafka)
- Knowledge of Fixed Income trading environment in Rates and/or Credit businesses
