My client, a leading tier 1 bank, is looking for a SQL Server Developer to join their team in London. They are offering up to £550/day on a 6 month rolling contract with a long term view.

Role: SQL Server Developer
Rate: Up to £550/day
Duration: 6 months rolling - long term view
Location: London - Canary Wharf

This role primarily involves Java and Database development. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development and unit testing of Sales project requirements, focused on strategic initiatives.

Essential Experience

- Solid experience on MS SQL Server - SQL, SSIS, DTS - and one or more other database technologies.
- Strong Core Java skills, JVM, Concurrent programming and Spring.
- Experience of the full IT development life cycle: Git, SVN, Maven, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, JIRA, Change Management tools.
- Experience applying Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Continuous Integration, BDD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
