Specific need:
Product: WLNext (Growth & Transition features) Testing experience, Automation with Java/C#, Selenium (WebDriver)
Key Technologies/Testing tasks:
Selenium (WebDriver) test framework
Automated test creation using Java or C#
Iteration Testing, Automated regression suite management
Web Site testing
Web Services testing
Visual Studio Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Iteration Testing using Agile practices (Agile experience preferred)
Demonstrate recent hands-on testing experience with a strong desire to actively write, execute and report on test cases
Responsible for providing the planning, integration, development, and execution of all testing required of a single software change or project
Develop and maintain test plans, test environments, test cases, test scripts and/or workflow usage
Interpret business requirements and crystallize stories and acceptance criteria for implementation and acceptance criteria
Provide input to development and testing effort estimates to ensure team has what it needs to be successful for future releases
Be willing to dig into stories and issues independently with minimal domain guidance
Communication - communicate the results of testing with well-written technical and business communications as needed; communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
Build strong relationships and collaborate with coaches, architects, peer testers, developers and business partners
Develop innovative approaches and solutions to technology challenges
Exhibit excellent trouble-shooting skills when analysing test results data to spot trends, issues, impact, etc. and make recommendations as a result of the data
Assist with production issues in an efficient manner and recommend preventative steps for the future
Have a positive attitude and show enthusiasm
Show flexibility with changing workloads/work responsibilities
Ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and show enthusiasm. Should be able to show flexibility with changing workloads/work responsibilities - be able to dig into stories. Follow up with Dev and NPD to understand the story and come up with a test plan/strategy. Will be working with quality, business partners and development team. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred or relevant experience in lieu of. 3-5 years of experience required. Must have C# or Java.
Nice to have: Visual Studio, SQL, Selenium.
