Summary:- This resource is needed to maintain support of Origination applications
- Performing all programming, development, integration and system administration assignments without close supervision.
- Providing project management, programming, systems and/or system administration leadership, guidance, and assistance to other team members.
- Working on more complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls.
- Working independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs, systems or in support of infrastructure component change management.
- Developing major system modules, programs or infrastructure releases based on requirements gathered from system customers.
- Performing integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of system components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.
- Fully knowledgeable of current programming languages, program design and specification development, programming logic, logic diagrams, system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage and internal systems.
- Performing integration tasks for in-house developed systems and/or purchased hardware and software solutions.
- Assisting customers with documentation, training and usability efforts.
REQUIRED:
- 4 year college or university degree and a minimum of 4 years exempt experience in information services.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with applications on an Oracle database
- Experience supporting and deploying applications
- Ability to support and develop Java web applications (including intermediate Java/JavaScript/CSS/HTML knowledge)
- Working knowledge of basic Linux commands and BASH Scripting
- Experience working with version control (GIT and SVN)
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply data processing philosophies and techniques.
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply complex programming languages and other advanced development tools used by FPD.
- Ability to identify systems deficiencies and recommend and develop new software/programs to correct the deficiencies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer operations systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer software and how to implement such software.
- Ability to train and advise employees on the use of computers and software packages.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve mechanical/technical problems with emphasis on troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lead project development teams.
- Ability to identify and correct systems and program problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to reinforce high quality standards driven by company objectives.
- Ability to create and maintain an environment conducive to collaboration across corporate business units and service divisions.

- Working knowledge of XML and Real Time integrations
- Experience working with application security including SSL implementations
- Experience working with software vendors to troubleshoot problems and provide customer support
- Knowledge of the finance industry and experience in project leadership is desired.
