AEM Developer/SME: WEM, CQ5, Angular, Node, Java Greenfield E-commerce Project per day

This is an opportunity to work on not only a Greenfield AEM project but a genuinely pioneering one, breaking new ground in the Cloud based, E-commerce market place. This will be a long-term, ever-evolving project with a multi-million pound budget - It's start-up, blue sky innovation but with the committed backing of a powerful and profitable corporate.
They are looking for an experienced AEM 6 Developer to act as AEM SME within the team where you will working on the full-stack including Node Js and Angular JS, integrated with Java. The core skill though is current, detailed experience of the Adobe AEM 6/CQ5/CQ6 from a high and low level perspective to deliver an optimal UX and Content Management and preferably experience of Node JS and Angular frameworks and Java. This role will be pivotal in the successful design and delivery of advanced applications based on a contemporary Open Source stack (Java, Groovy, Linux, HTML5, Spring, Mule, MongoDB, CI (Hudson/Jenkins), Jira etc).
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead from the front on large-scale Adobe Experience Manager solutions including mentoring and coaching.
- AEM Application architecture, coding and configuration, setup and deployment of production environments while addressing performance and security concerns
- Develop appropriate patterns, standards and guidelines for AEM and related projects
- Provides innovative ideas, technical guidance quality assurance during the SDLC.
- Research, review and select new technologies for projects
- Collaborate on creation of technology strategies and roadmaps for AEM based applications
- Develop technical POCs to support the above
- Be Subject Matter Expert, providing technical guidance on applications across the firm.
- Provide thought- leadership for AEM and associated technologies across groups.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with major technology partners.
- Experience with complete application development life cycle including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance and support
- Experience in using Object Oriented software development methodologies like Agile, TDD, Scrum knowledge of Software Design Patterns & multi-threaded Asynchronous Programming Model
As well as being technically adept you will also need to be an excellent communicator; client facing and able to ascertain the functional needs of both commercial and technical partnerships and stakeholders. This is key for both understanding and solving the problem as well as the on-going Agile/TDD process.
