Tangent International are urgently looking for a Planning Consultant to work a 6 month extendable contract in Indonesia (Central Java)Job Description
- Minimum 5 years working experience in radio network, and 2 years planning experience
- Have lead team to do whole year planning, output the planning result and get customer approval (carrier upgrade, multi-sector, new site)
- Familiar with capacity monitor procedure.
- Familiar with prediction tools (unet), propagation model tuning, link budget .
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in Indonesian language
