Contract based in IRELAND or UKRAINE for a Global Leading Tech Services client who are looking for a Systems Analyst.
Technology Skills: JAVA, DB2
First line of support, receives users issues through emails and phone calls (Not in case of a dedicated help desk). Support ticket classification, Re-prioritization, User clarification, response to user queries based on known error database. Ticket escalation to the next level of support
Implement web-based Java applications to support business requirements and projects
Issue analysis, Identification of bug and the workaround. Response to functional queries, understanding & analysis of user requirement for minor enhancements
Bug fixes by doing root cause analysis, code changes.
Responsible for:
* Customer Interaction
* Batch monitoring
* Act as Translator between Offshore and Onsite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Good Analytical & Team Building Ability
- Good understanding of SLA and Performance Metrics
- Knowledge of Quality and Continuous Improvement Management
