Description
Infrastructure architect required to ensure the continuity of the operation of the equipment of the server rooms (hosting, Middleware, network, DB, etc.).
Tasks:
- Define the technical architecture of information systems in accordance with the rules and guidelines derived from the overall IT strategy;
- Formalize this architecture in a flexible and modular way to meet the needs of the operational staff;
- Participate in the technological choices decided within the service
- Ensure the definition and publication of architectural standards and principles of reference. Formulate recommendations especially in the design to be implemented during the creation or choice of implantations;
- As the key interlocutor of the service, to communicate permanently with all the actors of the projects on which the consultant intervenes;
- Ensure the coherence of the IT infrastructure strategy in the overall IT strategy.
-Establish a plan of evolution towards the target architecture, plan that the consultant formalizes and communicates to all the IT departments;
- The expected expertise allows to bring input into the initial phases of new projects.
- Validate the architectural components and supervise the feasibility studies;
- Be a privileged interface with the application development teams.
- Also provide technical support in the analysis and resolution of incidents and/or major problems affecting the infrastructure;
- Intervene in the evolution of the technical architecture (HW and SW systems) and in the integration of business software solutions within the infrastructure;
- Participate in the evolution of Data Centers, the creation of inter-site redundancy operations and the implementation of hosting services for third parties (based on a private regional cloud)
Expertise:
o Extensive relevant professional experience as an architect infrastructure;
o Comprehensive understanding of technical IT: OS (Windows Server, Unix/Linux), network, virtualization (VMware, vcloud), SAN, Cloud,
o Understanding of IT security, best practices, GDPR, etc.
o General understanding of IT applicative: platforms mail, GED, ERP, CMS, Java, and web in general.
