Java Developer - WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Liberty
My client, a leading international consultancy, are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join their customer for an initial 6 months based just outside of Stockholm.
This will be working on an ongoing upgrade of their JAva code and adaptation to WAS Liberty of code currently used on WebSphere Application Server 7.0.
Required skills:
The consultant will work with support in the form of counseling, concrete efforts on issues with Java Code in older JEE5 mode and updates in class libraries (WEBApps, WEB Services JAX-RS/WS, etc.) and third party support components between versions of IBM WAS/Liberty.
The development is Eclipse-based via repos in Github, Maven, Artifactory and Jenkins as pipeline engine. Other technologies and environmental knowledge are Back End access methods, authentication mechanisms, certificate management and one should have good knowledge and experience of Linux. It is also valued that you have experience from banking/finance.
