Backend Java Developer, DevOps, 3 months contract
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Backend Java Developer with an interest in DevOps to join my client's team based in central London for an initial 3 months contract
The purpose of the role is to program and design in Java 8, SpringBoot and Hibernate. Responsibilities are focussed on developing and designing the full life cycle of cloud based systems
The following skills and experience are essential: Java 8, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. the successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate hands-on experience with Swagger, Docker, Jenkins and MongoDB. Any experience with AWS, WS02 and Salesforce would be a distinct advantage
The ideal candidate will possess a computer science related degree or similar qualification and will have experience working in an Agile environment. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Top prioritisation and time management skills are also a must.
