Field of Activity
We are looking for a JAVA software developer to join the IFS development team, which is in charge of the Deutsche Börse investment fund order routing platform. The systems are developed in-house and run on regularly upgraded, up to date versions of JavaEE Weblogic Application Servers and Oracle Database; our applications are essentially developed in Java 8.
Qualifications/Skill Profiles
o JavaEE Back End technology (JPA 2.0, JMS, EJB 3)
o JavaEE Application Servers (eg WebLogic/JBoss)
o UML usage, design patterns
o Jenkins, Sonar integration tools
o Knowledge of unit testing tools such as Junit/Mocking Frameworks
o Knowledge of Oracle Database Server and PL/SQL
o Practical experience with development of standard & enterprise Java applications (3 years or more)
o Excellent Java programming skills
o Experience with SQL databases
Additional requirements:
o Critical thinking, the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
o English is mandatory and this includes good English writing skills
o An interest in financial world (Mutual/Hedge Funds) is appreciated
