Java developer - Java 8, Spring Boot engineer
Day Rate up to £600pd - Initial 3 month contract - Liverpool St
I'm looking for a Senior engineer to join a data analytical car company that allows drivers to access all their car information via an app, analysing car performance, petrol consumption, how good a driver they are, all their journey's are stored.
Currently with 400,000 cars worldwide with this device and app, they are expecting 1,000,000 by the end of the year
They need someone to come in who can help make it more scalable and work on integrations.
Each device send a data entry every 10 seconds meaning there is 100,000 requests per second
Working in a very driven TDD environment the candidate will use all of the latest techs including -
Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Maven, Microservices, AWS, Kafka, reddis, DynamoDB, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Consol, GraphQL
It is a very agile environment
In this role the chosen candidate will get to work with autonomy, it is the type of environment and to quote the manager if you have an idea and can deliver on it, you can do what you want
Day Rate - up to £600pd
Initial three month contract
