Senior Blockchain Developer
Are you looking to work on a project using an revolutionary technology within a leading household company?
Endeavour Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Blockchain Developer to work with a renowned technology giant. We are looking for and experienced developer who has great knowledge of blockchain technologies and platforms, and has strong coding experience.
The successful candidate will join a small team, based in Belgium for an initial 12 months contract. Competitive rates available.
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing proof-of- concepts and pilots in at least one of the blockchain platforms - Ethereum, Hyperledger, Multi-chain.
- Experience in Open source tools and technologies
- Knowledge of Bitcoin or other crypto currencies
- Understanding of various distributed consensus methodologies (Mining, PoS, etc).
- Knowledge of cryptography, including asymmetric (pub/priv key), symmetric, hash functions, encryption/signatures.
- Knowledge of versioning systems Git etc.
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
Desirable Experience
- Hands-on experience in using a number of the following languages: Java, Golang, Scala, Haskell, Erlang, C, C++
- Good Software Engineering skills and experience
- Python or Ruby
