Description
A Java Developer is being sought after for a new project in Tipperary, Ireland.
- experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Webservices development
- Working experience on restful Web Services is required
- Microservices working experience is desirable
- Hands on experience with Application Server Tomcat, WAS
- Working experience in TDD, in distributed environment and application integration
- Knowledge on J2EE, Spring, Restful, ActiveMQ, Tomcat, WAS and other application Servers
- Experience on build tools Ant, Maven, GIT/BIT Bucket, Nexus repository, Rundeck
- Good to have Knowledge on Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Ajax.
- Working exposure to Jira for Agile iterative development, GIT for code repository and Jenkins for continuous integration
- Apache camel is optional
- Ability to lead the activities related to requirements elicitation, creation and review of design, provide pseudo code to the team, assign and review tasks
