6 Month Contract
/day (DOE)
PostgreSQL Database Administrator (DBA) needed for a 6 Month Rolling Contract in Leeds . Working on a large-scale, government Big Data/Cloud transformation project (outside IR35). Start ASAP in May/June.
Key skills, experience and responsibilities will include:
- PostgreSQL upgrade from 9.3AS (EDB) to 9.6 PostgreSQL.
- PostgreSQL Migration from 9.6 On-Premise to AWS PostgreSQL RDS.
- PostgreSQL BAU Database Administration and Go-Live Support.
- Technical Environment: Java, Spring, Hibernate, MVC, Core Java 8.0, Mockito Framework for Unit Testing, PL/SQL.
