Description
My client has built a Content Management Platform to local organizations (OpCos) as a replacement for Legacy Content Management platform. The platform called Content Management eXperience (CMX) provides REST APIs and Graphic User Interface under a Software As A Service model.
The team is composed of resources located in Paris and Portugal (ops team). There are 2 squads: Product Team & Operation Team.
The Product Team is organized around a Product Manager, a Product Owner and developers
Main issues
1/The platform CMX is getting traction and the team needs to reinforce the delivery forces
2/Product Team can't work on Roadmap if they work on integration project
The team growth
In order to secure the onboarding of Clients and work on the Product roadmap, the organisation is to have 2 squads. One Project and One Product. The Program Director will oversee the onboarding and integration of all Clients on CMX

Tasks & main duties
o Initiate and set goals for projects according to the strategic objectives of the organization
o Plan the projects from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
o Develop or approve budgets and operations
o Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
o Supervise all projects to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
o Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
o Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
o Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues
o Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
o Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
o Listen to Client and team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
o Support the developers in the delivery of the product and remove blocker
o Ensure the different project ceremonial
o Continuously identify and engage improvement actions
o Ensure improvement actions are implemented
o Work with the Product Sqaud to improve the OnBoarding & Integration experience
Proportion of the activities
As the Product Director OnBoarding and integrating Client's SI with CMX, your main objective is to
Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization
Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the Sprint deliverable.
Therefore, you must support the team and remove their blockers, report to the management progress and raise alerts
You will also act as a developer and therefore you will develop and code in JAVA/Javascript/Cloud techno according the CMX's standard
