Description
Working for an ITSM Consultancy, based in London, this role requires ServiceNow experience as an Administrator together with ServiceNow development and configuration experience. Knowledge of regulatory governance and controls would be useful.
Essential requirements and skills
- Experience in creating stories for ServiceNow configuration from business requirements
- Managing development/agile life cycle from planning, priorities, backlogs and release cycles
- Support functional and UAT testing
- Experience of working in a ServiceNow development team following agile delivery methods
- Experience with Java Scripting and integration types
- Ideally ServiceNow certified (ServiceNow foundation)
- Experience of sprint planning, story review and release planning
- ITIL knowledge and experience of the ITIL suite of applications within the ServiceNow platforms
- Working with BAs and key stakeholders to define and deliver requirements
- Offer support and best practice advice
