My client, based in The Netherlands is currently seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to work on a 4 month contract and I felt that this may be something that is of interest to you. Given that this is remote working, this opportunity could be ideal given the current global issues with COVID-19.
Some key information regarding the position is as follows:
Rate: Circa €70ph
Location: The Netherlands (but remote working in this instance)
Duration: 4 months
The role:
This position would involve supporting service delivery (requirements, architecture, testing and deployment) whilst participating in scrum-related activities. You will also have an active involvement in software and graphical design implementation of assigned tasks and perform associated bug and troubleshooting tasks.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, I'm ideally seeking candidates that can demonstrate the following skills & experience
- Extensive experience with complex Full-Stack software architectures; ideally within a NATO or other public-sector system (MOD, government etc.)
- Current NATO and/or SC clearance is essential
- JAVA including multi-threaded development
- Experience with .js technologies (ReactJS, NodeJS etc)
- Containerisation experience
- Python & Linux knowledge
- Experience with designing geo-mapping technologies would also be an advantage
