Linux DevOps Engineer
2 Linux DevOps Engineers with an application management and technical management background who is used to operating in a multidisciplinary team.
The 2 selected Linux DevOps Engineers will play a role in the further development and management of a Continuous Delivery platform, which is based on VMware, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, Nexus, etc. In addition, support will need to be provided to projects that will migrate to this new platform.
Requested Skills/Experience:
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch is a requirement
- Managing/configuring Linux server systems
- Experience with Java web application Servers
- Experience in working in/or supporting development teams that develop larger systems using Java and/or Python and JavaScript (minimum 25,000 lines of code and consisting of multiple components such as Front End, database, Application Server, REST APIs, etc.)
- Experience with Ansible - automating Linux environments
- Experience with Ansible - automating Docker environments
- Experience with Docker - deployment, configuration and use of Docker and Docker Swarm
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Kanban and Scrum processes
