Our client, a leading global brand are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect.
The Sr. Solutions/Data Architect will be responsible for the design of telemetry and data analytics solutions within the organization. The successful candidate is expected to have extensive experience with multiple scalable data technologies and will work closely with the Head of Telemetry and Analytics on the strategic direction.
Required Job Skills
Past experience with implementation of scalable data solutions
Past experience with implementing architecture involving Telegraf and streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka and Flink.
Expert knowledge of Splunk administration and tuning
Extensive experience with advanced Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL)
Expertise in data warehousing technical components (eg ETL, ELT, Databases and Reporting)
Hands-on experience with multiple programming/Scripting languages, including Java, Python, Bash and JavaScript
Good understanding of KV Store and interactivity by using REST API
Good understanding of distributed Splunk infrastructure
Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral, and an ability to communicate complex ideas to all levels of the business
Biased towards execution and prepared to be hands-on when required
Expert knowledge of Linux administration
Deep understanding of risk framework within a tier 1 bank
Provide technical leadership to developers and engineers
At least 10 years of working experience architecting enterprise solutions
