SOA/Application Architect - Java - Oracle - Spring

We are on the lookout for an Architect with a Masters degree + at least 13 years of overall experience, specialised in the area of Application Architecture.
These are long term contracts with a very high chance of renewal. The longer you work there, the more valuable you become and this means that you could stay there for years.

Essential experience:
- Masters degree + minimum of 13 years commercial experience
- Excellent knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (eg web services, message oriented Middleware, service oriented bus)
- Proven experience with web services (SOAP and REST)
- Good knowledge of applications design
- Good knowledge of modelling tools
- Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
- Good knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience with Oracle SQL
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience with Java EE technologies
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience with the Spring Framework
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience with the Hibernate Framework
- Proven experience with XML and XSD
- Good knowledge of Front End frameworks and libraries (eg Angular)
- Good knowledge of deployment and continuous integration tools (eg Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo, Fisheye, Crucible, JUnit)
- Proven experience in Agile development methodologies (such as SCRUM, Kanban)
- Fluent in English
*Note. This would likely be initially remote, with the expectation to work onsite after the restrictions have been lifted.
