Quantitative Analyst urgently required to work in London for 4 months on a contract basis for a leading global energy trading company.Key Skills & Requirements:
- Stakeholder Management: The role will engage with a large pool of stakeholders, with whom effective communications and relations are essential. These include:
- Power: GM / RTL / Traders
- Origination, Business Development
- Structuring
- Prior work with widespread and diverse Power asset portfolio, including optimization, automated operation, function, and trading across all European markets.
- Significant experience in commercial / quantitative roles, specifically in the Power market, with a strong track record of performance.
- Extremely strong technology and codding skills (Python, VBA, SQL, Java).
- Big data management and calculation experience (i.e. Azure and data bricks).
