Outsource UK are currently working with a leading public sector company who are seeking a Test Engineer for a 6 month contract.
This role will be working remotely until the foreseeable and may change when restrictions are lifted.
IR35: Inside
Location: Swindon
Purpose of the position: Test Engineer required for Data Migration activity on M&DS
Essential Skills:
- Data Migration Testing experience (large volumes ideally)
- Test Automation Experience
- Experience of creating a Test Automation framework (Ideally for DM)
- Creating SQL queries
- Selenium
- Java
- Great analytical skills
- Great communication skills
- Confident working with both in house/external developers
- Able to report on test outcomes to key stakeholders
- Experience of raising and categorising defects
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience of creating a Test Plan (ideally for a large Data Migration project)
- Salesforce exposure
- ISTQB Foundation
- Advantageous: ISTQB Test Analyst
