Description
- Documentum, ECM (Mandatory).
- At least 8 years of experience in Java/j2ee/ECM technologies
- Should have experience in OpenText Documentum and other tools suite,
- Should have knowledge about migration between ECM products.
- Should be able to identify the pain points of migration and define appropriate solutions with design and lead end to end migration.
- Should be able to gather requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good knowledge of the infrastructure concepts and the latest Documentum 20. x implementation and setup on a cloud.
- Integration of Documentum platform with external Enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM
- You should be able to have full control and responsibility of end to end migration and testing.
- You are independent and proactive. You have a pragmatic hands-on approach.
- You are a team player and enjoy being a mentor for younger colleagues.
- You feel comfortable with agile methods and have the appropriate mindset.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking ability able to develop unique methods of analysis where traditional methods do not yield results
- Easily blend in different technology, technical and business considerations into senior-level business-oriented discussions
- Own & lead solution design of application modules through interaction and discussions with business analysts & the development team and produce deliverables like domain model, interaction diagrams, system interface design documents.
- Technically guide the development team with hands-on coding for critical modules and interfaces.
