Description
We are looking for Full Stack Developer (m/f/x) for our client in Prague or Luxembourg.Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)
Type: Freelancing/ contract
Task and responsibilities
• Onboarding of new input sources into the tool pipeline with Jira as a frontend.
• Automation of reoccurring tasks with focus on fault tolerance and exception Handling.
• Refactoring and optimization of process interfaces.
Mandatory skills and experience
Technical skills:
• Proven work experience with the Jira ticketing system including its configuration and administration (Designing workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screen schemes, etc)
• Strong ability in understanding and modifying existing codebases
• Experience in agile development
• Strong ability in applying software design patterns (GoF & Co)
• Experienced in writing unit tests and creating mock modules
• Proven work experience with Git as a source code versioning system
• Familiarity with essential Jira addons like ScriptRunner
• Strong ability in Python coding
• Knowledge of Groovy or Java
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL)
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting
• Familiarity with REST APIs & JSON
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows OS environments
• Applying Security by Design
• Basic knowledge of security scanners like Nessus or Nexpose would be a plus
Personal skills:
• Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Flexible, independent and self-motivated
• Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment
• Sense for detail and for picking the right solution while keeping in mind the business constraints
• Fast self-learning and understanding of current environment
• Being a team player, who is used to work in international environment
