Description
Summary:- Provide application support for Organization applications
- Review Cue for support calls, working on projects including enhancements to solutions, troubleshooting and collaboration for with the team for technical issues.
- Assisting with security and system upgrades
Technical Skills:
- MUST HAVE- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree computer science or information systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with applications on an Oracle database
- Experience supporting and deploying applications hosted on Tomcat (both Windows and Linux Servers)
- Ability to support and develop Java web applications (including intermediate Java/Javascript/CSS/HTML knowledge)
- Working knowledge of basic Linux commands and BASH Scripting
- Experience working with version control (GIT and SVN)
- Working knowledge of XML and Real Time integrations
- Experience working with application security including SSL implementations
- Experience working with software vendors to troubleshoot problems and provide customer support
- Team work, customer service, and great verbal and non- verbal communications skills. Will be helping to resolve issues and working with a team
