We are seeking a Software Developer (Java) with Contact Centre exposure (ideally Genesys skills) with 3 to 5 years' experience).
You will be Will be working on Workspace (WDE), Kick-ass agent Scripting and 3CW (in-house product) used for routing deployment.
Also, working on IVR Speech deployment using uDeploy, any ORS knowledge would be a bonus. We use Cyara for Load and Automated testing.
