Java tester

Description

You will be deployed as a Java tester in the development of Web Java applications and web services. Together with your colleagues you are part of one of the 2 scrum teams. The team delivers a 'shippable product' in sprints of 2 weeks each. Specifically, you will work with colleagues in your scrum team, the product owner and users on the (further) development, maintenance and safeguarding of the continuity of various Supervision applications. With your expertise you deliver a high-quality application in collaboration with your team members that is also easy to maintain. Part of this is of course a well-functioning automated regression test. We use various tools for this, including Selenium Web driver in combination with Cucumber. The emphasis of your assignment will be on setting up automatic regression testing using the aforementioned framework. We expect you to be able to do this independently. The team you work with consists of 9 people.
