Senior Java Developer - 6 month contract
My City Centre client is looking for 2 Senior Java Developers for an early January start - interviews will happen this week. Really exciting Greenfield project with the potential for long term work.
They are really keen on candidates with strong Spring, Hibernate and Core Java:
- A minimum of 5 years Enterprise Java experience is a must. Experience working with most of the following technologies is strongly desired:
- Spring Framework
- REST web services using Spring MVC
- The right candidate should have:
- Strong OO skills
- Excellent knowledge of threading
- Familiar with modern multi-tiered applications
- A good understanding of web technologies
- Have previously worked with any of the following relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL.
- Deliver on assigned software design, development, testing, and documentation tasks
- Work closely with a team to integrate designs, components, and ideas together
