Description
Global Investment Banking firm seeks a Full Stack Java with excellent Front End (React or Angular) software development experience.
The team are developing a Real Time monitoring infrastructure application that underpin the firms Front Office electronic trading architecture.
The candidate requires a good knowledge and understanding of modern Front End JavaScript development frameworks using either React or Angular coupled with excellent Java programming skills, UI design, pro-automated testing.
The team is small, has a large degree of autonomy, a large degree of self-discipline and are focused on delivering working software.
Technical skills Server Side Java, REST, ElasticSearch (useful), AngularJS, React, HTML5/CSS, Selenium/Webdriver and the typical modern development/automation tools.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator as the role will be largely remote for the first 6 months. Previous Investment Banking experience if useful but open to other industry backgrounds.
