Description
Min 5+ years of latest hands on SFDC/Veeva experience
Functional and Technical knowledge on Veeva CRM
French language is preferred
Should have past experience in working such assignment, knowledge of pharma domain, Commercial
Good Knowledge in Java & Oracle PL/SQL
Must have good knowledge in SFDC Configuration (Security Settings, Approval Process, Work Flow, Group/Sharing Management, Reports, etc)
Must have basic understanding of Customization (Apex, Visual Force, Trigger, Component)
Clear understanding of VEEVA architecture, data model and security model
Able to provide quick solutions based on the business requirements
Relevant experience in L2/L3 production support projects; preferably CRM.
Must have hands- on experience in incident, problem and change management
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Good to have Veeva Admin Certification.
Salesforce Certified would be preferred (ADM201, DEV401)
