Software Engineer - Java, Spring Boot, Agile, Microservices, TDD, BDD, Pair programming.
Daily Rate: pd
Duration: 6 months initial contract
Location: Sweden
Role:We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. This is a greenfield project working with a leading software house.
Skills- Proficient in Java, with a excellent knowledge of its ecosystems
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
- Experience with TDD, BDD and pair programming
- Deep technical hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs in Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Play and Spark
- Knack for writing clean, readable Java code
- Experience with both external and Embedded databases
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Understanding of the class loading mechanism in Java
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
